Nấm kim châm, nấm bào ngư rửa sạch, để ráo nước rồi cắt nấm cho vừa ăn. Cà chua rửa sạch, cắt hạt lựu. Tỏi đập dập, hành boa rô cắt miếng xéo. Cải thìa rửa sạch. Thịt bò xắt miếng vừa ăn.
Bắc chảo lên bếp, làm nóng dầu ăn, cho tỏi và hành boa rô vào phi thơm, sau đó đổ cà chua vào đảo nhanh tay, có thể thêm chút nước để không bị cháy. Thêm nước sốt cà chua vào, đảo vài lần rồi cho 0,5 lít nước lọc vào. Khi nước bắt đầu sôi thì bỏ nấm, cải thìa và tàu hũ ki vào nấu đến khi chín thì mới cho thịt bò vào để sôi khoảng 3 phút là được.
Mì vắt chần qua nước sôi cho mềm rồi thả vào nồi nước lèo. Múc mì ra tô và thưởng thức ngay khi còn nóng. Vậy là chúng ta đã hoàn thành xong món mì nấm ngon lành cho bữa sáng của mình rồi đó.
