Cà rốt xào trứng gà là một ăn có thể nói là cực kì đơn giản. Chỉ với vài nguyên liệu cơ bản, thao tác nhanh gọn là bạn sẽ có ngay món ngon rồi, món này có thể ăn cùng với cơm nóng hoặc bánh mì đều được.
Đập trứng ra bát, đánh đều, thêm hành lá thái nhỏ và hạt nêm rồi đánh tan. Cà rốt cắt khúc 5cm, thái chỉ. Cho 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo, đổ cà rốt vào xào, để lửa vừa đảo nhẹ nhàng khoảng 3 – 4 phút cho cà rốt chín. Đổ ra bát.
Cho 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo đun nóng, đổ trứng vào tráng rồi dùng đũa đảo cho thành từng miếng. Cho chỗ cà rốt trở lại chảo trứng, đảo đều. Nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn.
